Brake and idle

Ok so I redid my timing yesterday because my car would idle odd. After doing my timing my car was fine. Then all a sudden it starts to idle odd again. Seems like depending on the weather my car will idle high then low. So today I unhooked my ecu so that I could reset the ecu and all a sudden when I press the brake my car will idle high a little. This is weird and never have had this kind of issue. I have a d16z6 motor if anyone is wondering. I just replaced the dizzy, tps sensor, o2 sensor, changed out the idle air control valve, cleaned the fast idle control valve, burped my coolant, and the motor was just rebuilt. Someone please help me out here. I'm not throwing any codes and there is no check engine light.

I was gunna say the idle air control valve but you already changed that... vacuum leak maybe? I am pretty sure the idle will jump slightly when you hit the brakes but it shouldnt surge. am I right :?

I don't think my mani is cracked. I looked at my motor earlier and was looking over the mani and couldn't find any cracks on the mani. I also don't see any cracked hoses, but maybe I'll look over them again tomorrow.

Brake press and idle goes up has to do with the brake booster. make sure the hose from the brake booster to the top of the intake manifold isnt cracked or anything... replace it if you want..

What exactly is the idle doing. is it going up and down, or just remains at a specific RPM like lets say always at 2000 rpm after warm up..
