Civic EG

So lately this week my car seems to be shaking lately in the front end. I assume it has something to do with my engine but not sure. When ever I go pass 20mph I can feel the steering wheel shake slightly and my feet shake.
Its not like a crazy shake, more like a rumblely shake.
Also my car seems to take a while before it decides to accelerate whenever I need it to really go. When I driving on the freeway I have to floor the pedal sometimes before the engine decides to kick in....

Sorry for this lengthy and confusing explaination of my problem.
The engine is a D16Z6

Auto or manual transmission? Check engine light on? Is the engine making any unusual noise?[/i]

Its an auto transmission and the engine light been on for awhile. code 41 primary o2 sensor heater. Sometime it makes a low winding noise that's almost hard to hear unless you concentrate. It goes vurr vurr.... if i spelled the sound right -_-'
