Would i be able to get a replacement d16y8 cam gear from the honda dealership ? and would they also have the bolts for the gear?

Yes you should be able to order both from the dealership. But im going too guess it would be pretty expensive. You should be able to pick one up used fairly easily, and relatively cheap.
