Turbo kit. T3/T4 turbo at 7 psi would probably be your best option.

this would get you the best bang for the buck.

if you wanna stay all motor you could go with...
port and polish
upgraded valvetrain so support a nice cam
intake manifold
quality exhaust system
underdrive pulleys
ex/si tranny with an 8lb flywheel

with a good tune that would get you some more power for sure

but if i did go down the turbo route what else would i need to change pistons rods etc

also were can i get lightweight pulleys from for the d15 i have only found them for a d16 and does the ex/si tranny bolt straight up to the d15b7 thanks

if you keep the boost realistic and dont get supid you shouldnt have to change any internals. although it can get addicting and you may find yourself wanting to crank it up :hehe:

all d series trannys will bolt right up to your motor without a problem.

heres your underdrive pulleys

Stage one cam, "cold air" intake, header, and 2.25 inch exhaust. Intake manifold is overkill until you start getting serious. And at that point, you'll need programmable engine management.

Throttle body, fuel rail, under drive pulleys are a waste of money.
