so monday my car over heated and since then it keeps over heating , my muffler keeps rattling and i think its clogged or something cuz before the rattling started happening my car would never over heat , when i came home last night [saturday] my car was hissing i opened the hood and it was comming from the radiator tank and there was brownish water comming out now my theory is that my muffler is not letting the exaust to exit properly and its backing up, could that be possible?

Sounds like a blown head gasket to me, the muffler may just be coincidence.
You're getting oil in your coolant and it's turning brown and overflowing (either from overheating again or from pressure from the cylinders getting past the head gasket into the coolant passages)
Do you know why it overheated in the first place? How hot did it get?

I couldn't really see what's happening in the video but something was smoking or steaming. Like I said above, headgasket. Worst case would be warped head from overheating. When you have the head off, bring it to a shop to have them check it for warpage.

I honestly believe that u've ruined the engine by allowing it to overheat on so many occasions let's just hope that the head hasn't warped cus it is has ukre gonna need another head... Cus trust me when these aluminium heads gets warped it pointless tryin to fix them

Car Has Only Over Heated Once , only thing that happens now is the steam blowing out of the coolant overflow tank and i inspected today and i am not sure the radiator cap should look like this?

yeah... you should not start your engine again until you pull the head off, check it for warpage and replace the head gasket.
Hopefully the coolant didn't mix with your oil and do damage to the bearings, because oil definitely made its way into your coolant.
Time to get your Helms Manual out and
get to work

It's a blown headgasket like mentioned above. Same thing happen 2 mine n when i would give it gas the overflow tank would expand. But dont start the car until it's fixed. Replace the headgasket n get the head resurfaced even if it's not warped just 2 b on the safe side.

Yep that's about when your engine is overheating
We don't need any more symptoms, your problem is the head gasket and possibly a warped head depending on how hot your motor got.
