D15 is turning off. Help PLZ

Ok first I have a 92 civic dx with a d15. Two days ago I was driving home and the car felt like it wanted to shut off. The battery light started to flash but would go away. When I would come to a stop it would do it worse. It actually turned off once and the battery light stayed on. It turned back on right away with no problems. Later that day I used my car and nothing happened. Yesterday again coming back from work it did it again. I've been driving it in the morning to work with no problems. When I rev the car and the RPMs are coming down the battery starts to flash again. It starts up fine. I also did a test some one told me. I turned the car on and disconnected the negative cable to the battery and the car stayed on. So my question is whats going on? Is it my battery or alternator that's going bad?

Check your connections on the battery and alternator and check your grounds too.

Check ur ground cable that goes from the tranny mount to the chassis... also check the connections on the battery ...

So I have checked all grounds and relays and there fine. I got my battery and alternator checked and they are good. Any other suggestions? Thanks for the help.

Since the battery and alternator tested fine, then it sounds to me like the voltage regulator. Did they do an actual load test on the battery and alternator?

Yea check ur cca(cold cranking amps) with a battery tester if its low then that's ur problem... I had the same problem and it was actually my starter...
Use one of these to test it
