hey guys i picked up the new stud that goes from my head and comes up with the threads to tighten down my vc, i noticed it has a slight arch on the old one and wont come out unless i undo the upper camshaft bolts so i was wondering if anyone knew if there was a certain sequence to undo them and to tourqe them? and are the able to be reused?

yes they are reusable.
Tighten each bolt 2 turns at a time in the sequence shown to ensure that the rockers do not bind on the valves.
8mm bolts - 16 lb.ft
6mm bolts - 9 lb.ft

Yes, I highly recommend it. You are already going to have it all torn apart anyways, always better to do it right the first time.
