i was looking through the junk yard and found civic with a d15b but it was missing the vtec solenoid, is it worth getting

missing the solenoid as in it was there or missing as in it was never there

I ran across one of these as well and was also curious, Except the one I had seen was missing its cam and several other things from the head. From what I understand these motors are hard to find parts for?

it was missing, it was taking off, i have a d15b7 but a have a z6 head i plan on putting on it.

if all the motor is missing is the VTEC solenoid then I would snag it if the price is right :thumb:
