Mini-Me Swap

i'm thinkin about doin this and i just have one question...What grade of gasoline do you recommend me using after the swap???

it depends what bottom end/pistons you use
if you do the d15b7 bottom end with a z6 head and a b7 head gasket you are fine to use 87 or 89
however if you use a y8 head on a d15b7 bottom end with a stock b7 headgasket you will want to use a minimum of 89 i would run 91
the way i always judge it is anything over 10 to 1 compression is a good time to use 91 or higher

you wont know till you drive it.. if it makes noise under a load like valves knocking and pinging...then you need a higher octane fuel

better to pull some timing
and mls hg(z6 y7/8 > composite.

if your are going to be driving it kinda hard pump 91
