is it a direct swap?, I found a d15b at the scap yard for $100 and scooped it up as a replacement motor while I build my z6 or b16

last question: what is the proper way of removing an axle out of the tranny?, just pull it out or is there a special way?, also how do I reinstall?, just push back in bolt the boot down and pump full of grease?

should be straight swap if it's Obd1 d15b

ya I'm hoping, it's either a good deal for me or him, there's no record of km's on it so I used that to my advantage on pricing
but it had a sticker on the valve cover saying "if sticker is removed it will void warranty date: 22/03/10... so I pulled that off so he would not see the date, could be a good sign

any help with my axle question?

once the axle nut is off and that end is out of the spindle just give it a yank and the axle should pop right out of the tranny. make sure u drain it first or you are in for a bath

yes sir. make sure they are back in the whole way or the car wont go anywhere lol

also DO NOT FORGET TO REFILL TRANNY. that would be bad
