Ok, I have a chance to get a d16y8 engine for a good deal. can I put my obd1 sensors from my b7 into my y8? Im wanting to eventually run 5 psi of boost above 3000 rpm in my daily driver. This will not be a track car. I just like turning wrenches. Any info is appriceated.

So you'll be running the y8 in a 92-95 civic? If so then yes. Use your D15b7 harness, dizzy, injectors and probably throttle body and run a p28 ecu. then chip it and you'll be ready for a fine tune when you go turbo :thumb:

Thanks for the info but I've decided not to get that great deal of a y8. I found out that the engine is hydro locked.
