Idle Problem

I've been having this problem with my civic hatch for a couple months, I'm now just getting time to fool with it. I've got a D16z6 with a cheapo CAI. So here's the problem:

When I first start up my car (in colder temps), it idles at 2k for a several seconds, then starts bouncing idle. It continues to bounce idle until it warms up completely. Once it is warmed up completely (in cold temps), it still bounces between 1k and 1.1k. In warmer weather, once it is completely warmed up, it idles steady at 600.

Both in warm and cold temps, it will throw CEL if I romp on the throttle at all, or just randomly AFTER IT IS WARMED UP COMPLETELY. It throws codes for 7, 14, and 21. These are Throttle Position sensor, IACV, and Vtec Solenoid. I know my Vtec solenoid is good, I think it goes off bc the other two.

What is your suggestion??

well definitely check those codes and fix the problems. Also clean out your idle air control valve with carb cleaner. Your throttle position sensor is either bad or it isnt dialed in correctly . If its the stock tps from the factory then its time for a new one. Also i would make sure your wiring for vtec is in order

Remove your IACV and you'll notice a white/creamy type screw inside which you'll probably find to be loose. Tighten that up, clean it all up, give it a go.

That's what I found to be causing that problem for me.

I think you meant the FITV. I also think you might want to check the Throttle Body Gasket for any leaks. But it sounds like it could be the TPS sensor is not calibrated or like Honda4Life said it might be out. You can test the TPS sensor but you will have to take it off the throttle body. I hope this helps and let us know if you need more help or more links.
