no coolant in the oil, no oil in the coolant and motor still runs like the day i got it. i ask because a honda mechanic took a peek at it yesterday and mentioned my headgasket COULD be blown. but i still think its my vtec solenoid gasket leaking soo bad its pouring down the front of the tranny, i see the oil all over the solenoid, then all down the front side of the tranny. are there any other ways to check and make sure of that besides actually taking the head off?

Do a compression test

Also you can clean the engine with degreaser and start fresh. Then keep an eye on it and see exactly where the oil starts to come from.

From what you've said, I don't think it's a blown HG. Compression test will let you know for sure.
