Removing AC belt any issues?
Posted: Sun May 06, 2012 8:08 pmI've got a 92 vx and I suspect that the A/C compressor is seized and has been for awhile now. The thing is the AC belt squeaks when I start the car up and I was wondering if I could just remove the belt to stop the squeaking. I dont use the AC so I dont really want to fix it at this time but i also don't want to remove the AC components, I just want the squeaking to stop.
