Yeah, they're probably pretty good. I'd say that they're definitely better then some generic eBay knockoff.

They have been around for a long time. They're not top quality, made of mild steel and painted black, so they will begin to get surface rust.

i know they are brand name and all

but ive never talked to anyone who had a good experience with a pacesetter header on a D series. they always rust and cracked.
but thats just what ive heard ive never actually had one on my car

what headers would be the best then ? im jsut looking to replace mine since the cat is going and most of the pipe is rusted

The BEST are custom.
Next (arguably) is Bisimoto.
Next is probably DC Sports, etc.
Next is eBay.
Next is oem.
And those are in order by flow. Not so much quality..
Edit, you know you don't need a header so much, just a replacement cat.

For around that price range, I had a header made by Megan Racing on an old car of mine. Build quality was excellent. Did the job well.

I had a Pacesetter header on my old Accord, I didn't really have an issue with rust but it did crack, I just took it off and had it re-welded though.
I also had a can from Pacesetter and that rusted an fell apart in less than a year.
