alright today i traded my coupe for a sedan that has a y7 in it and was told had the y8 head for a higher compression and vtec .. the problem is speedo works when it wants to and rpms seem wierd when accelorating vtec seems to kick in at 4000 and revs out like 5500 im not sure whats going on here

Nahbut no vtec at 4000 acts like it wants to kick at 5500 but just cuts out horribly. And that what I thought the.revy was

What ecu? Any other mods besides y7 with y8 head?

P28 its still a lx harness with some jumpers for the vtec solinoid just stock other than that. I'm guessing the vtec solinoid is hooked up.wrong
