Can you put an dohc d series on sohc block? I had to ask cause I didn't realize till 5 mins ago there was a d series sohc head haha

not with out EXTENSIVE machining.
Head bolts and oil passages do NOT line up.
some guy in New Zealand did it a few years ago, said he would NOT do it again.

Cool concept though, But i imagine its way too expensive.
