how bad will the off timing affect my mini me.

I dont have an adjustable timing gear yet but I need to get my car running how bad will the timing affect the engine being half a tooth off?

yup its a z6 head everything is ready to just get get dropped into the car.

you might have to adjust the distributor to minimize the affects of the half tooth. what is your full motor

is it d15 with z6 or is it a zc with z6? what exactly do you have?

I say you've come this far, drop $100 on the cam gear and do it right the first time. Or I think there's a D series OEM cam gear that you can use instead to get that 1/2 tooth back.

it's a d15 block with a z6 head, I am trying to rake as many monies as i can but im taking way too many classes at school and I can barley get by. what do you guys think ?
Teal: I am going to do research and see if there is a stock cam gear I can use.
