hone grit

rebuilding my lower end over the winter b/c the rings are shot and it smokes. i was told there is a specific grit of hone to use. anybody have any idea? ive looked it up on a few different forums and cant find anything and the haynes manual here at work doesnt say either

found the video, he talks about honing it but doesnt give the grit. i will keep looking, should be something on the internets somewhere

I just use a 320 grit AO (aluminum oxide) hone usually. Never had any oil control problems
