My oil light is on.

My harness is missing the connector for the oil pressure switch, as a result the switch is unplugged. Would having this switch unplugged cause my oil light to stay on constantly? Checked my oil level and pressure, both are fine.

Does anyone have a good DIY wiring diagram for the oil pressure switch? I have to figure something out because right now I have no way to plug mine in, the harness doesn't have the connector,appears to have been cut as stated above.

I'd get a plug from the junk yard and wire that up - It could save your motor one day
