I have the special tool for 96+ for the crankshaft but the D doesn't have this.

I see holes on the flywheel so i can jam something in there, but is there any special method to getting this bad boy out without impact wrench?

Don't have impact so it is all blood and tears

Also, it is lefty loose righty tighty on the bolt?

nevermind all. Got it off with my big wrench and rest the pulley tool on the A/C arm.

Man, what a pain!!!

saw you already got it... but To keep the pulley from spinning, you could put the car in 1st gear and have someone stay on the brakes and then with a big breaker bar you could get it loose.

It's work w/o an impact.

This will be helpful for me. Mine is an automatic d15b7 with 261,000 miles and I have tried a lot of things and it will not budge. Impact won't break it loose.

It was a pain i tell you. I used the crankshaft pulley tool. Can be picked up at any auto store for cheaps and locate a small bolt that will fit into the holes
