stage one camshaft retainers

hi guys im in the middle of building a d16 z6 got stage 1 cam shaft getting ready to go in and uprated cam shaft springs not sure if i should order uprated retainers can i get away with using normal one s?

Depends on brand. Usually most replace most parts in the valvetrain once they decide to upgrade the camshaft(s). If you do get retainers get chromoly ones as the titanium are really for race applications and make more grooves.
