Arp head stud question

I need to know the lengh on the head studs for a d15b and a d16y7 thanks in advance

it depends on what head you are using. d167 blocks have shorter studs than a d16z and d15b vtec. the d16y with a d16z head will have 9 short studs and 1 longer stud that matches the d15/d16z. you have to order a special kit from a supplier. whats the "race block" you have? if no one else replies today, i'll get you the answer you need this afternoon as I have both z6 arp's and d16y arp's at home.

my race block is a d15b fully built I am putting a d15b head and 60 a/r turbo on it can get the specs of the block if needed

Arp has great customer service and will sell you one individual head stud if you need a certain size.

indeed they do. the studs for the d15b should just be a little longer than the d15b bolt. it is the same bolt kit for a d16z6. heads are the same casting.

That's my issue the head studs in the "race block"were from a d15b with a zc head and there way too long but the ones out of the d16 y7 block seen to be the right size
