Just Fail MD Emission Inspection running rich Help!!!

this question is for hondajunkee i read that you have a vx hatch where did you get the rubber fitting that connects the intake to the throttlebody?
also need smaller vacuum lines if you need pics to see what im talking about let me know. thanks in advance.

Any check engine light on? have you tried a different o2 sensor?

you are looking for the silicone coupler, the thing you put the 2 clamps on? One should have came with your intake. if not, a local shop should have one.

yup a i get a CEL everyday at least ounce, and the silicone coupler did come with it but it is to big need a smaller one or funnel type.
what should i do?

- Mon Mar 03, 2008 3:34 am #44425 fixed a vacuum line and went to lowe's and got a rubber coupler perfect fit. I guess I should just get some good non-vtec sparkplug wires and sparkplugs it should pass right? Teal thanks

as for plugs & wires... get the cheap ol NGK plugs and some OEM wires. You can do the cheap autozone replacement wires but I've had them fall apart on me when pulling them to check the plugs, and heard of the same thing happening to other people.
