To get to your throw out bearing you will have to separate your engine and transmission. Its really easy to replace once the transmission is separated from the engine. Getting to that step wont be easy if its your First DIY experience.
However I highly doubt its your Throw out bearing. If it was your Throw Out bearing the noise would be when you are on your clutch, when you step off of it should quieten/stop.
Its probably a Main input shaft bearing. Thats what mine did when it went out.
Rebuilding transmission and you DIY article.
If you dont want to rebuild your transmission, Other options are to have a shop rebuild it (however this can get costly very quick), and Buying another transmission. I will give the warning every used transmission I have bought(both of them) from other people have been abused and needing a rebuild.
The best option would be to Rebuild the one in your car so you know its Done Right.
