Please help

ok heres the deal, got the engine in but when we turned the key the lights went on and the wipers, tried to turn the car over there was a click and everything went off, now nothing works atall, were still getting power to the ecu but we dont knw if the powers cummin out but theres no ignition lights or anything. Anyone know what might have caused it ?

Have you checked your fuses? and have you done any work recently?

check to see if the battery is good, also check battery connections and grounds :thumb:

that's plenty of time for a battery to go bad

Checkd battery and its got full power and checkd connections and they seem to be fine

with the battery in and car off/key out, will the headlights stay on or will the battery die after a few mins?

Or it sounds like you could have a short which is always a pain to find...

ya see i recon theres a short and if there is i really aint got the money to get an auto electrician to have a look at it :(

I would start double checking all your wiring that you modified or removed from the car when you restored it.

long boring process, been there a few times. :(
