poly motor mount questions

Why is it that all the kits that you can get for poly motor mounts only come with three mounts. All of them exclude the lower engine mount and the lower tranny mount. Are we not supposed to use them and just use the three mounts supplied mounts?

They only want you to replace the provided ones. The other ones need to stay on the car.
The three that are being replaced are the ones that take most of the load. I suppose their mentality is why design and manufacture something that isnt being used anyways?
