D15B8 head swap?

All I can find on mini me swaps are for the D15B7 engines. Can it be done with the B8, what will I need, and lastly, 15B, 16Z6, or 16Y8?

It can be done, just like a D15b7
You can use any of the heads you mentioned.

you can swap any d-series head on a b8 but you need to swap out the 8 valve pistons to 16 valve pistons. I recommend not to waste your time doing a mini me on a b8 and just get the complete swap. You might almost end up paying the same if you know the right people. I have a b8 too and i'm craving more power out of it but its really not meant to handle a lot of power.
