the y8 head valve cover fits on the z6 and vice versa i belive

Non-vtec ones have the spark plugs at the back whereas vtec ones have the spark plugs at the front so they're not interchangeable

Posted: Sat Jul 12, 2008 3:20 pmAll 96-00 NON-VTEC valve covers will also fit. In fact, there's no difference whether it's a Y5, Y7, or Y8.
