right timing

Since the engine isnt running and you want it all at TDC, your not on the right mark. You want to line it up to the single mark all by it self. That lets you know the bottom end is at TDC and then you line the cam gear up, to where the word "UP" is you guessed it. UP. It looks like you have a y8 from the gear.

yea its a b7/y8 mini me .i dont think the dizzy is on TDC but the other is

I can tell you that the crank isnt on TDC. The crank is set at what looks like 16 degree advanced. which is where it would be if you had the motor running and were trying to do the timing. But its not and you should have that lone single mark at the indicators.

so what should do take the timing belt out and fix it or there another way to fix it .. am sorry am a nobbie.

That would be the only way. Turn the crank til its at TDC and then you have to line the cam gear up so that its a TDC and then put the belt back on.
