A/C compressor?

OK,so the piece on the a/c compressor that spins which I believe is one of the pulleys is screeching only when I'm at a rev in neutral or going into first and second. is there a way to replace this piece without replacing the whole compressor?

First, is the belt tension correct? I am pretty sure you can replace just the compressor clutch.

its not the belt its this piece off of the compressor that spins and when i rev it pops out and when i let of it goes back in place and squeals.

this might not be whats wrong with yours but just an idea of what happen with mine. there was no belt on mine whatsoever so i thought it might have been seized up. so did what i had to do to put a belt on, then turned on the ac and a loud screeching. the ac compressor was seized up i was right, so maybe its frozen up and the wheel your talking about is not spinning but the belt is moving causing it to make the noise your describing.

ill pay shipping biretsu89 lol. also my piece off the compressor is spinning it just whines under pressure.
