a6/z6 mini me or y8
Posted: Wed Sep 24, 2008 6:20 ami was wondering which one to do..should rebuild my a6/z6 or swap in a y8 i do plan on going boost..i want around 200 whp..thats about it

Posted: Tue Sep 30, 2008 8:24 pmI have an A6 on mine and it does fine. FYI watch the boost if u have a D15 block. Compression is alot higher when u put a D16 head on that block. Mine is 11:1-200PSI kinda high for boost. Mines gettin the bottle.....

Well goodluck on her im doing a mini me as well soon but not turboing it.....
with low comp pistons you should end up being fine with turboing your motor. with a mini me ontop

Posted: Wed Oct 01, 2008 5:24 ami hope so..im going to get all my parts together first and then once i have all in my posession, then ill start the rebuild...i have a 2001 eclipse gt that i can drive and a 07 accord so i dont have to rush and try and get it running in 2 days. this will be my first build so bare with me if i ask alot of questions(ill use the search button first to avoid the flamming
