check your local state and govt. rules now i do recall if you are living where you say your living this swap is impossible dont even do it.....
Since in the U.s. its illegal/or not really illegal more against the law and it wont passinspection to swap in a motor that is older than the car itself if for instance you have a 96+ car since those are obd2 cars it will most likely throw a nice code and wont pass inspection.......
ex: you have a 1996 civ now any motor 96+ will be ok to swap 95 on the other hand no
But on the lines of it being possible sure its simple and d motor will bolt right into that of a civic just gotta do some mount swapping.....
But yea correct me if im wrong on this point but im pretty sure im correct

You are correct about the information you gave... yea the swap should be simple. You just going to need a new ecu and a few other things... your giong to either need a new harness or just know wiring good because the d15z1 uses a 5 wire O2 sensor.... the motor you have that blew probably only has 4.
