Hey, Im new to the site but it seems pretty wicked. Ive got a 95 cx, read on here it had a d15b8, but then gained like 30 horse just by popping the hood and seeing 16 valve, do canadian cx come with the b7? n e ways, im burning a little oil and im positive its a piston ring. Im looking into a d15b and notice this engine and my current engine are both obd1? Im probly gonna get the motor from

japanracingengines out of calgary
(has n eone on here dealt with them before or is there somewhere beter?)

if i go with that am i gonna need to buy a bunch of extra parts or do i have everything i need to make it run? ive tried searching but i havnt found n e thing all that helpful. whats gonna be the hardest part of the swap?

you will need a new ecu for sure..... I think the correct ecu to use for the d15b is the p28.... I think the rest is just straight forward... mounts and everything should be the same.... but when you replace the motor... if you find something that can be replaced... replace it :thumb:

I recommend hmotorsonline.com to buy from. Everyone I know that has bought a motor from them only has good things to say about them.
