I answered your question in the other thread but I will out it here as well for others to find I. The future.

You can install the y8 intake manifold onto a d15b vtec. You will probably even see a small bump in power given its design. The ecu will not work in a 92-95 civic.

You will want a p28 ecu out of a 92-95 civic ex/si. From the factory they power the d16z6.
