Had a weird squeak appear on my b18 the other week at first thought it was a belt but checked them out and its not them.
Was going to post end of last week, but it disappeared for a few days but now it back and as consistent as ever.
only seems to do it at about 1500 and around 1750ish and everywhere else in the rev range there is no noise.
here the best vid I could get off, it all the other ones I took you couldn't really hear but it is very apparent inside the car also. Seems to me to be coming from the back of/below the inlet manifold, but still not too sure but is def quieter at the belts and at the gearbox(transmission).
