#175813 Well i have a 95 civic 2dr. Doing a b18b swap all parts are from a 94 integra.

Problems / questions.

what header will bolt right up to my stock catback ? i got like a 3inch gap

and the guy i got the swap off smashed the tps and i did not feel like getting the d ser one off so i just swaped the throttle bodys i put the d onto the b mani. is this going to be a problem ? it bolted right up no problems it looked to be the same size.

Pass axle went in with no problem at all. moved onto driver side installed it got it into hub and went to rebolt A and B (see pic below not my car but same setup) together and it wont even come close almost like the axle is to long its way off. the axle is all the way in the hub wont go anymore. do i need different axles? is it one of those just go back to it tomorrow and it will just pop in lol

Header--a stock 94+ header should bolt right up and the 90-93 integras should as well but may be a but different not alot just a hair more than likely.....but yea it should fit if your d series exhaust fit....however if you have a ebay catback +cat.....you may need a ebay header ?? not completely sure

The throttle body question it will work just may cut the hp by 2-3 hp since the d series is a bit smaller depending on what d series you have....the z6 is the closest.

The D.side axel is well not sure....id say go from the intermediate shaft first, then the axel should go into the hub and you should be able to get it on there....However if that still dosent work id suggest taking the axel to the auto parts store and compare the length it should fit if its from a 94 ...

#176097 The Header will not bolt up to your current exhaust. It has been rumored that only a 99-00 Si headers/stock manifold will. Since I never used them I can not say for sure. Just go to a exhaust shop and get them to make it work.

As for the TB. It is smaller, no matter what D series you have and will hurt a bit. Make sure the tps is spec'd right for the LS motor.

The cv axle for the driver side, is short and mates to the half shaft. then the half shaft mates to the tranny. You got it in the Spindle, but is it in the half shaft? all the way? is the half shaft all the way in as welll?

#176355 greasedmonkey is right, im pretty sure the only one that will work on a stock single exhaust is the 99 to 00 si, the flanges are turned diff. than the integra ones i believe...

#176500 header should be just fine exhaust is all mounted by rubber and thus has play when it comes to getting your gasket find a reputable exhaust shop and request a donut style gasket their awesome! measure the inner diameter on your cat and bring them the header should be like 20 bucks.
when i swapped my b in i had the same axle problem your gonna have to put the cv in the halfshaft first then the hub... further disassembly required, unfortunately.

When doing a B swap, they exhaust on the car doesnt match the header/manifold from the B motor. You will need custom work. Unless the 99-00 Si parts truly fit.

#176610 perhaps i did it wrong, but then again it bolts up and theres no leak.
i do remember asking around for days and no one knew about donut style gaskets http://www.sfxperformance.com/parts/VIB1643G.htm best pic i could find. i did have to pull on the cat to get the pipes to match up but i havent had any issues :thumb:

#177892 so im retarded, i did go from a d to a b without having any exhaust work but my exhaust isnt exactly stock my car was such a whore  looks like the previous owner put a silencer on it for some reason but its obviously a bit longer than stock as i was able to just pull on the cat to bolt the header to it
disregard my previous statements! and my bad greased
