B16, B18, B20

#179725 I am planning on build a reliable all motor B series.. I have a B18b right now that has been bored .20 over with a AC block guard that I want to get bored to a 84mm (2.0l) but I have been seeing people say if you don't sleeve the block you can't really have a reliable ls/vtec bored to 84mm, Any experiences?

So my question... is it better to bore/build b16 or bore/build b18b and make it a lsVtec?

Sorry for my noobness I am pretty new to honda's..
