#192848 as long as its 94+ it should be plug and play from what i have experienced.... the obd2 harness will plug into a obd1, the only diff is there are 2 extra wires int he obd2 harness for a crankshaft fluctuation sensor wich an odb1 dosent use so the wires will just "hang out" there, but if you wire vtec later on those wires are in the spot where the vtec has to go, you can just d-pin and rmeove them :thumb:

#192854 so i would need to rewire the vtec? its 1995 so thats ok :) wouldnt it be easier to take the wiring harness out the integra?? and is it hard 2 put it in the civic?

#193030 the only harness you need to swap is the engine harness! not the car harness, is your chassis allready wired for vtec? your sohc vtec harness will fit a dual cam with minor alterations, either harness would be fine to use,

but if your ls harness is 95 spec you dont have to remove anywires, just ad the vtec ones in :thumb: very easy to do  you ad one wire and run it to your vetec solenoid, one wire to your oil press. switch and the run a ground for the other side of the switch :thumb: its much easier just to swap engine harness....

if the integra you have is vtec its 100% plug and play unless your car isnt wired for vtec, id have to know year and model of your car to know that for sure...

#193113 the model of my car atm is a 1995 lsi its got 1.5 sohc vtec and its a D series engine.. thts aobut as much info as i have.. the teg is a 1997 uk type r ill have the full front end of the teg.. its somebodies back end accident... so i got everything in the front
is there tutorials on the web with how to wire up the new vtec? or should i just take the teg harness?
im pretty ok with mechanics.. but not good with electric wiring.... :D :)

#193139 EG Vtec ---->DC2 Vtec = Plug and play. that 97 TEg is an obd2, your Civic is OBD1, just the 2 plugs forced mentioned will not be used from the Integra wiring if you your civic is missing those 2 since obd1 never needed it!!!

I believe the wires for the distubutor on that OBD2 teg motor is different then Obd1 . either go to (rywire.com) to get the harness for that or get an obd1 GSR(SIR or SIR-G) distributor. harness is the cheapest and easiest way.

#193361 the whole harness should plug and play allright, but the only thing i can think of is that idk exactly how the vtec wires are ran on and obd2 vtec harness (as in the vtec wires pin locations in the harness)
because the obd2 ls harness has the crankshaft fluctuation sensor wires where the vtec wires should be, and idk if on the vtec harness the vtec wires are in a seprate plug or if they re incorprated the vtec wires where they were before and made the crank sensor a seprate plug, dosse this make sense?

if i were you i would make your sohc vtec harness work, that way you have no worrys of any of this, you may need to change/ lengthen a few wires, but all in all it should work (i have done this countless times), if you use your obd1 sohc harness you may need to change your injector clips to obd2 this will take care of lengthening them as well...
and you may need a dist. adapter if you use your obd1 harness

http://www.jegs.com/i/MSD+Ignition/121/8864/10551/-1 <- like this one, you only need it if you use the odd1 harness though

if you could post up pics of the shock tower plug on the passenger side/ecu side of the car in the engine harness, like a good close up pic, and one kinda further back i may be able to see the wire color and tell you if itll work or not :thumb:
