gasket help needed

- Sat Feb 26, 2011 5:16 pm #241094 on a b16 does anyone know if the thermostat housing and water housing (with the coolant bleed valve on it) have proper actual gaskets that you can buy for them? i asked at honda and they said no and i was to use instant gasket, iv done this and now there both leaking. my local honda dealer is pretty useless for getting parts from tho and i find it hard to believe theres no proper gaskets for them. if this is the case tho whats the best instant gasket to use? i used locktite stuff but its obviously pish

- Sun Feb 27, 2011 6:46 pm #241253 there is a gasket for the thermostat but not for the housing, and the one with the bleeder screw use hondabond or gray sealant.
