- Tue Jul 01, 2008 12:00 pm #60311 I know its not the best time to tell you and sorry if it sounds like telling you to suck eggs but when doing an egine swap you should always check if not change all the major service parts.

Oil filter
Stat
Cam belt
Altinator belt
power steering belt
I also recommend exhaust gastket, vtec, FICV and IACV gaskets too.

Hope this doesn't sound like me preaching to you as just meant as a pointer, hope it helps for next time too

yeah thats what I thought to. Plus like what was posted...the oem pump will handle some pretty big H-motors

My sig was too large, I need to read the Rules & Guidelines
