k im going to give you as much info as i can. i swapped a jdm b16a into my 93 civic CX. got it all in and went to start it and it cranked over fine and broke the timing belt because somehow the intake the cam got locked up from the distributor being in wrong; dont ask how they get put in wrong cause i have no clue lol. but i checked everything out no bad valves i replaced the timing belt perfectly and went to strat it and now it wont turn over. i checked all my grounds ( even sanded them) bought a new starter, and checked the 50amp ignition fuse under the hood and the 7.5amp starter signal fuse under the hood, both were good, also i replaced the clutch safty switch and still natta. any one have any ideas?

pull spark plug cable number one from the valve cover. should be on ur far left side of the engine. hold the end of that cable near some metal object around the engine and have sum1 start the car. check if you see any spark.. if not, then either you forgot to connect the distributor or the computer is not hooked up. if you have confirm those 2 are connected then ur option is to borrow a friend dizzy for a min and replace yours with his and see if the car start. if it does start then you need a new coil which is INSIDE the distributor.
fairly easy to fix.
if none of the above work then you need to completely plug in EVERYTHING. check the passenger side and driver side, the firewall everywhere your probably missing something.
maybe ur fuel injector clog up? pull all the injector out a little bit and have them face in or wrap each injector with a dry rag. crank the car for about 2 second and check if the rag are wet from gas. if not then either your fuel pump went dead/ not connect. if less than 4 of ur rag are wet then one of the injector are clog up/dirty.
do you have an alarm? kill switch?
