I have a B16A2

I forgot what its called but the hose that goes from the intake manifold to the valve under it.

I didn't have it. both sided were closed off so i got the hose for it yesterday and installed it.

This mourning I turn my car on and my idle jumps to 2500.

Wtf happended? It didn't do it before when they were both closed.

You meen the IAVC ?

Image

The previous owner prob pluged off the cooling water true the IAVC and FITV.

Check if you see any more pluged connections and reset your ECU so it can "read" it self in.

Idle Air Control Valve is IACV.

But most likely he's having a problem with the FITV. The IACV lines can be left open w/out any problems but the FITV will cause a major vacuum leak if it's not plugged or filled with coolant.
