do you have a vtec or stock sohc ( d16z6 or d15b7)
auto or manual

remeber coolant is a 50:50 mix of water and anti freeze so buy half of what i list
D16z6
5spd: 4.5L for overhaul 3.6L For coolant change
Auto: 4.7L for overhaul 3.8L For coolant change

D15b7
5spd:4.5L overhaul 3.6L coolant change
auto:4.4L overhaul 3.5L coolant change

For the trans fluid
5spd: 1.8L

For the coolant, do not just put in a certain amount and call it a day. You need to put some in to fill the rad. then start the car with the rad cap off and let it run for a good long while, so that the fan turns on and of. while this happens air in the system will be bled out and make room for new coolant/water. What ever mix is good for your climate.

For the tranny fluid, grab 3 quarts. pour them in until is starts coming out of the fill plug. thats when its enough. you will want a long flexable funnel for this.
