- Tue Sep 15, 2009 2:28 am #143745 car is idleing funny it drops down too 500 after sitting at 1k for a few secdons then idles hard as hell like wierd vibrations in the stearing wheel when im sitting still .
any ideas what that could be ???

- Tue Sep 15, 2009 2:47 am #143753 Try cleaning your FITV and IACV ( Fast Idle Thermo Valve & Idle Air Control Valve) I posted two link from H-T earlier today about this topic, just scroll down to the last post and check them out. also after doing that adjust your Idel Adjustment Screw on the throttle body, it may be covered with a grey glue type substance scrape it off with a flathead and adjust until idle is under control and its should purrr nicely.
