vac. lines

its like i took off the metal bracket that is used 1 side for the coolant lines and one side for valve cover wich i put abreather on and made one long coolant line
now theres a cylinder on the fire wall a black cylinder with two rubber hoses running off of it . one run absolutley no where and the other im not sure .
