Is there a difference between stock LS and B20 cams???

The b18b & b20z have the same exact sized intake & exhaust camshafts.

Actually the b20z has 0.3mm larger intake cam than the b18b and the b20b cam.

Yes. B20Z is 0.3mm higher lift than B18B, but B20B is identical to the B18B IIRC. Whatever the case, they all three have the same duration and overlap. The difference in lift between the B18B and B20Z cams is so small that you wouldn't gain any useful power out of the swap if that's what you're thinking of doing.

I was thinking about swap'n them out. a friend of mine has a set of b20 cams laying around. but i don't see 0.3mm making that big of a diff.

This statement is SOOOO beyond retardedly wrong.
There are many different variations on B20b, B20z and B18b cams. THen you have the B18a. Ive had three b18b heads and each one had different cams in it. I have a P8r head from a JDM b20 and it came with a completely different set.
