ok i will be getting a head gasket for my car but what i want to use is either the spoon or mugen gasket but i dont want to buy one to find out that it wont be worth it if i get one. so what im asking is anyone using one and what do they think about it. i know it will bring up the compression a lil and i dont want to boost the car i want to keep it n/a so i know it will help a lil. i just want someones opinion on the subject.

I've never used one, but I say every little bit helps when it comes to raising the compression ratio.

What engine do you have?

i have the b16 later on i want to put in a spoon ctr stroker kit but for right now i dont have the money for it

Either one is fine. They are just 2 layer gaskets.
