any b series vtec head would work... but the b16 head would be your best choice... as far as the generation of the head that dosent matter.
as far as what you need, quite frankly... you need alot...
axles, halfshaft, ecu, shift linkage, if your engines tore down you need a full gasket set. throttle body, not to mention a transmisson, mounts, possibly intake manifold and exhaust manifold, wiring, most all the sensors will work off of a sohc motor assuming you have all that i.e (idle air valve, intake temp. snesor, map, coolant sensors, ect.) also starter, alternator, distributor and much more misc. things... pieceing together a swap from scratch is probally the hardest way to go for you first b swap, but you will figure it out from experience, wich is the best way

and its a common swap so you can deff. come here for alot of the help..
