me and my friend were talking about our eg hatch's and swapping idea's and plan's and i was thinking bout putting integra type R cams , flywheel and inletmanifold and throttle body on my hatch. i was wondering what would i have to change for to do this and is worth me doing this or would i be better off getting thottle body's

type r stuff is a good upgrade if you can get it for a decent price, everything you listed is remove and replace parts, the only issue with the type r cams is that they recomend running dual valve springs, this would require you to put other springs in it, that can be a bitch todo with the head on the car... they say the stock springs are fine if you use the factory revlimit, but why put the bigger cams in if your not going to use them to there full potental, with all the parts you listed you will also need to chip or re-tune your ecu.... :thumb: but other than the cams, the other parts you listed are simple remove and replace items...

for the best results if you install all the listed parts you should re-tune on a dyno... :thumb:

gsr or ls will not, type r will, the type r head and b16 head are the same cast as far as port design...
